Meet Regina, a lifelong resident of the Lehigh Valley and a local organizer. She was raised by a single mother, making a teacher's salary stretch for 2 kids. From a young age, she was taught resilience, hard work, and the importance of knowing your neighbors. She has spent the last 4 years working with families, local businesses, and community organizations across Allentown and Bethlehem to achieve common goals. Regina's commitment to public service began because she believes we're stronger as a collective, and she realized she wanted to be part of something bigger than herself.
Since then, she's actively working to close the protection from abuse (PFA) legislation gap, organized protests, community meetings, and has worked on campaigns of candidates that are for working people.
Regina is running for Allentown city council because she believes our community deserves someone who has on-the-ground experience and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to get the job done.
Regina's experiences as an organizer and child of poverty have given her a firsthand understanding of the challenges facing people in Allentown. Outside of work and public service, she enjoys painting and going to new museums to learn about science and history.
She is proud to call the West End home, and looks forward to continuing to serve her neighbors.
Regina fights for Allentown.
